COVID19 UPDATES

 At Heather Winther DDS, our number one priority is to keep our patients and staff safe. As a result, we have instituted the guidelines provided by the CDPH as well as the below processes and procedures:

• Initial patient screening and questionnaire is required prior to receiving treatment

• Temperatures of patients will be taken prior to the start of the appointment.

• The temperature of staff is conducted at the beginning of every day

• Oxygen Saturation levels will be taken for patients and staff

• Appointments are being staggered to minimize wait time in reception area

• Hand sanitizer is provided in the waiting room and throughout the office for patients and staff

• Each operation room and front office are equipped with medical-grade HEPA filters.

• During dental procedures, the staff is equipped with intraoral dental isolation and suctioning device as well as the high powered extra oral suction

• UVC light is used throughout the day to disinfect the operating rooms and waiting areas regularly

• EPA approved chemicals and sanitizers are used throughout the space with special attention to high touchpoints
